• PITCHING MASKS ARE MANDATORY AND MUST BE WORN BY ALL PITCHERS AT ALL LEVELS. NO EXCEPTIONS

• 90 minute games, last inning called at 75 minutes for League Play and Playoffs. Tournament Round Robin 80 min, last inning called at  65 minutes
• 7 and 3 format.
• Big ball/Small Ball for all 3 divisions.
o Ladies have the option to hit the big ball if they choose
• NO BUNTING IS ALLOWED WITH THE SMALL BALL.
o Ladies choosing the big ball before their turn at bat are ALLOWED TO BUNT the big ball.
• Can bat 10 (7 men and 3 ladies) or 11 (7 men and 4 ladies) or 12 (8 men and 4 ladies). YOU MUST HAVE 3 LADIES IN LINEUP AND ON FIELD AT ALL TIMES.  YOU MAY NOT BAT MORE THEN 3 MALE BATTERS IN A ROW. (watch from bottom to top of batting order)
• Home team will be deciding with a coin toss at home plate for league play and tounament round robin games.  Playoffs will be higher seed until the Championship Final game, Undefeated team shall be the home team.
• 0:0 batting count
• No stealing or leadoffs. Anticipation is allowed
• 5 Run per inning
• Mercy Rule: 12 ANYTIME after 5 innings played ( Tournament play only)
• Courtesy Runners: Unlimited
• Substitutions are based on NSA rules. Original player/s must go back into original spot in the batting order. (A starting player and their substitution CANNOT be in the lineup at the same time) See NSA rule book for more detailed explanation of this rule. (Rule 4 Sec. 3)
• Homerun : +2. At NO time during the course of a game can a team go up more then 2 homeruns on the other team. If a team is maxed with 2 homeruns and they hit another one, it is an out.
o Final inning: NSA rule allows each team to have the opportunity to hit one home run. (IF NOT MAXED) If visiting team is tied in the bottom of the final inning, the home team can only hit one home run.  If the visiting team is up by 1 or 2 home runs, the home team can hit home runs to tie the visiting team.
• All other rules will fall under the NSA rule book.
